Delivery Policy
1. Cancelation
Where you choose to cancel your order, any sum debited by Love It Media from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Love it Media will notify you of this by email at the email address which you provide in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the date of your cancellation of your order. Please note we will not accept a cancellation after you have either purchased a printed advertisement that has already been to design stage or an online advert that has already been to design stage. Should you cancel an event you have paid to attend you will not be enitled to a refund unless Love It Media cancel the event. If you, the customer, cancel your exhibition, you will forfeight your place at the event and any monies paid to attend. If the show is cancelled or postponed by the venue or 3rd party, Love it Media is not responsible for any refunds.
2. Price and Payment
All prices are quoted in £ sterling. The prices payable for Products that you order are as set out with the Love It Media representative at the time at which you place your order.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards, cheque or cash . You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Love It Mediar eserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
3. Description of Products
The Products depicted in the Love It Media are as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Love It Media does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style in advertisement.
4. Cancellation and Returns
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery.
If you want to return an item, simply email us at info@loveitmedia.co.uk indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement (in which case state the date of the edition you want) or refund. We also ask you to give us a daytime contact telephone number. If the item is returnable under our Returns Policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns address and a Returns Authorisation Code.
Returned Item(s) Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by Recorded/Special delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
For item(s) returned to us within 30 days of delivery with the appropriate Returns Authorisation Code and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed by News Recreated within 14 working days of receipt of the returned items.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. If you would like a Replacement, this will be to your original product specification as detailed on your original order, but please specify the date of the paper you require in your email to us.
5. Delivery
Love It Media will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Love It Media to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
The standard delivery charge is £5.00 for UK deliveries regardless of size of order and £20.00 for EU and £25 for other International destinations.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of our receipt of your order.
If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Love It Media shall have no liability to you unless you notify Love It Media by email at info@loveitmedia.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Love It Media will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
6. Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Love It Media's maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question ("Payment Amount"). Love It Media shall not in any event be liable to you for:
(i) any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
(ii) any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever
even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of Love It Media for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Data Protection
Please see our Privacy Policy for details of the information which we hold about you and the uses to which that information will be put.
8. Force Majeure
Love It Media shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Love It Media including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.
9. Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Conditions of Sale.
10. Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to the contract governed by these Conditions of Sale has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of these Conditions of Sale.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. Definitions
" Conditions of Sale" means these terms and conditions of sale;
" Product" means any products displayed for purchase on this Website through the NewsRecreated Shop;
" Returns Policy" the policy governing the cancellation of your order and return of Products, as displayed on the homepage;
" Terms of Use" means the terms governing your use of this Website displayed on the homepage;
“ NewsRecreated Shop" means the on-line Fortis Media Ltdstore through which the Products are purchased by you;
" Website" means the website located at www.newsrecreated.co.uk
" working day" means a day other than a Saturday or Sunday on which clearing banks are normally open for business in the City of London;
" you" means a user of this Website.
